ADMINISTRATION and FINANCE
Oversee and administer all financial-related activities under the direction of the MLC Church Council.
CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
Ā Plan and execute activities and events designed to educate all members of the church from youth to adult, as well as the wider community, with reach locally and globally, supporting a fulfilling Christian life.Ā Ā
CHRISTIAN OUTREACH
Ā Plan and execute activities and events designed to reach out to the community and to attract non-Christians, unaffiliated Christians, and seasonal Christians, to faith, or to increased faith, in Jesus.
CHURCH PROPERTIESĀ
Ā Supervise the care, maintenance and improvement of all Church properties, and supervise the use of the facilitiesĀ
HUMAN CARE
Provide assistance to help people with needs both within our congregation and our community.
LAY MINISTRY
Assist the Senior Pastor in conducting worship services, and provideĀ for a quality worship experience for all attendees.
STEWARDSHIP
Ā Initiate and direct programs for the development of good stewardship attitudes and actions of the members of the congregation in regard to time, talents, and treasures.
